Jeremy- great comparison of solutions here. I thought I'd update you and your audience--we have recently lowered the prices at SiteOrganic. The startup fee for a church website is now just $99, and we've completely redone our skinning tools. This means that it's now rediculously easy to tweak and play around with just about any of our amazing design themes. We pretty much built the skinning engine with youth ministries in mind.

We also just raised available storage for all sites (it's unlimited on our Premium plan). We also have a batch upload/thumbnail/gallery feature for photos, along with integration with Flickr, Wordpress, Delicious, and other RSS-enabled feeds. Sorry for the long plug but I thought I'd share the great news with your readers!

Gotta put in a plug for Clover Sites (www.cloversites.com). $20/mo + $1000 setup for a great looking site that is super-easy to set up and maintain. You sacrifice customization and the ability to incorporate certain features, but it can't be beat for ease of use!
